South Kensington Estate works closely with its commercial customers to ensure each property is well maintained and efficiently managed. From day-to-day operations to long-term tenancy support, our team provides a transparent, professional service. We value lasting relationships built on trust, communication and attention to detail, ensuring that every occupier benefits from being part of one of London’s most distinctive estates.

Our commercial portfolio includes offices, retail spaces and cultural venues across South Kensington and Brompton. Each property is managed with care to maintain high standards of presentation, accessibility and sustainability. The Estate and Property Management teams are available to assist with maintenance, access, lease enquiries and customer service matters, helping occupiers focus on their business while we look after the buildings and shared environments that connect them.

FAQs

All commercial waste must be managed through an approved waste contractor. We ask all occupiers to take full responsibility for their waste from collection to disposal, helping to maintain a clean and presentable environment across the Estate.

Landlord consent must always be obtained before starting any works within your premises. Please contact the Property Management Team to discuss your proposed alterations and to receive guidance on the process and required documentation.

Please refer first to your lease obligations regarding maintenance responsibilities. If you need support or clarification, contact your Property Manager or the Commercial Asset Manager, who will advise on the appropriate next steps.

We do not hold keys for commercial premises. If you have made a specific arrangement for us to retain a set of keys, please call 020 7761 6420 and you will be redirected accordingly.
