Our Philosophy

SKE group is a property investment company which manages its own portfolio. This dual role means that we are able to take a very long-term view in our investment decisions and are not driven by the need to make an immediate financial gain. Our goal is to build a thriving portfolio which is sustainable both environmentally and financially over the long-term. As custodians of the property in South Kensington and Brompton Quarter, we invest significant amounts in upgrading our stock and improving the locality, and are keen to make South Kensington and Brompton a vibrant and welcoming destination.

We work on the doorstep of our properties, providing hands-on care and attention within the local area, and we go out of our way to develop strong relationships with local stakeholder groups, whether that be local residents, businesses, educational or cultural institutions.

The company is run by professional people who are committed to doing things right and doing the right thing.
