Following the huge success of Marlon Abela’s fine-dining restaurants in London and New York, his new venture, Cassis, has opened on the Brompton Road. With two London based Michelin-starred restaurants already under its belt, Abela’s company already has an outstanding reputation for exceptional food and wine.
Cassis Head Chef, David Escobar, used to work at the three Michelin-starred Lameloise in France. His French influenced menu and wine list add another facet to this area’s reputation for fine restaurants. The team at Cassis are hoping the new restaurant will soon become a local favourite.
